Description: This is a traditional Korean food restaurant. Particular specialties include ‘Dotorimuk malim’, which is made from an acorn that grows in Muju, as well as ‘cheongtae jaban’ which is prepared using many ingredients including seaweed.

Description: Dolsotbap here is a rice dish cooked in a stone bowl along with organic vegetables, including carrots, beans, chestnuts, ginkgo, pine seeds, ginseng and burdock. The flavor of the scorched rice is indeed superb.

Description: Baekdam Sundubu serves home-made sundubu (uncurdled bean curd) stew, hwangtae-bulgogi (broiled marinated pollack produced in Inje-gun). Every dish is cooked with locally-produced ingredients, and does not include any artificial sweetener.
