A fairly typical boribap buffet– this one doesn’t bill itself as vegetarian, and it isn’t in the strictest sense. Still– 90+% of the offerings are vegan, and those that aren’t veggie are obvious. (That said, I didn’t try the kimchi for fish/shrimp, but no need with so much good stuff on hand!)
